Teton Valley dentist Dr. Tristan Taylor may be new to the community, but he and his wife are not new to mountain living. Having grown up in Alpine, Utah, he enjoyed hiking, fishing, camping and everything else that makes mountain living so desirable.
Alpine experienced rapid growth challenges similar to Teton Valley, but still the mountains always stayed the same. Alpine has been one of the many quickly-growing cities of Utah since the 1970s, and especially the 1990s.
It is located on the slopes of the Wasatch Range north of Highland and American Fork. The west side of the city runs above the Wasatch Fault.
The city is so named because when it was first settled, the Latter-day Saint prophet Brigham Young visited and said the town reminded him of the Swiss Alps.
After school at BYU in Provo, Tristan moved to Oklahoma for Graduate school and dental training. He worked with a well established dental practice and learned from experienced dentists.
When the tornadoes ripped through the area in the spring of 2013, he began looking for opportunities to relocate closer to home. When he found out Mountain River Dental was in need of a visionary leader to take over the practice, it was just what the doctor ordered.
Having settled in the community of Driggs, he has begun the process of building on the foundation of Teton Valley dental services established in the Victor office. Upgrades in technology enables Dr. Taylor to offer the best in dental care, comfort and convenience.
He enjoys working with his great dentists office staff and likes to keep the atmosphere light and fun at work. Recently he has begun the process of letting people know about what Mountain River Dental offers Teton Valley residents through an online marketing plan.
He hopes to enable people to educate themselves about all of the different dental health services being offered through his practice.
We are ready to help you meet your dental health goals. Request an appointment to get started with your visit.
